I can only apologise for my shameful lack of posting of late, I can only say I was REALLY ill and REALLY busy. However today's post is one I am so excited about. It is on a set of gorgeously pigmented, natural, cruelty free eye shadows from Alva. I chose the Kaleidoscope set which consists of four stunning, metallic colours.
The four colours are packed in individual sifter jars that stack one on top of the other. I really like this packaging as it means that if you run out of your favourite colour you can just repurchase that one shade rather than the entire set.
The colours are richly pigmented and highly blendable which is perfect for use on the eyes! However, these colours really are multipurpose! You can use them on your eyes, lips (mixed with a clear gloss or layered over a lipstick) lashes (when mixed with a clear mascara), cheeks, nails and body!
I love how pigmented each shade is and although these colours are quite vibrant they are in actuality highly wearable. They are mineral based, organic, vegan friendly and cruelty free! Which I LOVE. It is so hard as a make-up artist and make-up lover to find richly pigmented, bright colours which are natural and cruelty free!
